Ingredients
1/2 zucchini
1 package Tudlee Creamy Cheddar
1 clove garlic
handful fresh basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
lemon juice (to taste)
handful cherry tomatoes
4 pieces sun dried tomatoes
Spaghetti (2 servings)
Instructions
Place the zucchini, Tudlee Creamy, garlic, fresh basil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice into the blender and blend until nice and smooth. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the finely diced onion, then add in the sun dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and sauté for a few more minutes. Now it is time to prepare the creamy sauce. Pour it into the skillet and let it cook with the rest of the ingredients. Remove the sauce from heat, add in the spaghetti and mix until well combined. Serve with fresh basil.
