Ingredients
1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
3/4 cup passata
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
150 g Tudlee Original
5 vegan chicken pieces
red onion
scallions
chili peppers
chili flakes
Instructions
First, prepare sauce for the “chicken”. In a baking bowl, mix together passata, BBQ sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Add in the vegan chicken and bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C. In the meantime, grate the “cheese” and chop the red onion, scallions and chili peppers. After 30 minutes, add in the grated cheese, red onion and chili peppers. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with chili flakes, scallions and bread. Enjoy!
