Ingredients
3/4 cup candied pumpkin
1/3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup walnuts
10 dates
4 tbsp Tudlee chia dessert
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Chop the walnuts, dates and candied pumpkin. In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped ingredients, oats, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix it well and add in the wet ingredients - Tudlee chia dessert and vanilla paste, mix until well combined. Make balls and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake it in the oven preheated to 175°C for 16 minutes and your healthy Christmas cookies are ready!
