Ingredients
1 package Tudlee Creamy - Cheddar
1/4 cup plant based milk
1 and 1/2 package Tudlee Block Original
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 package smoked tofu
spring onions
2 pickles
1 red onion

Instructions
First, finely grate the “cheese”. In a medium pot over medium heat, add the plant based milk and wait till it comes to boil. Once the milk is boiling, add in the grated cheese and stir it until melted. When the cheese is melted, add in the cream cheese and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Next, mince garlic and add it into the mixture along with salt and black pepper. Now it is time to prepare the crispy tofu! Cut it into small cubes and fry it on a tiny bit of oil or vegan butter. In the meantime, you can prepare the french fries and cut the rest of the veggies. Pickles, red onion and spring onion. To prepare the loaded fries, transfer french fries into a bowl, then top it with the cheese sauce and all the remaining ingredients. To make it even more yummy, top it with your favorite sauces!
