Apple Filling
3 apples
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Crumble
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup (gluten free) oats
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 Tudlee Chia Dessert Vanilla
Instructions
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the apples together with the raisins, cane sugar and cinnamon. Next, prepare the crumble. First, chop the walnuts and mix them together with all the dry ingredients. Add in the chia dessert and mix until well combined. Add the apple filling into the baking dish and crumble the dough on the top. Bake in the oven preheated to 175°C for 30 minutes. Tastes best with plant yogurt and cinnamon!
