Summer days are getting warmer and warmer. Do you feel like eating ice cream all day long, but you know that it is not the healthiest food choice? We have an easy solution! Two recipes for healthy and yummy ice cream are coming your way ❤️
You will need:
– 2 bananas
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp cacao nibs
– 2 bananas
– handful frozen raspberries
– fresh basil leaves
The most important ingredient is bananas. To be exact, very ripe bananas! Only use bananas that have spots on them (this is how you know they are ripe and sweet). Cut the bananas and freeze them for a couple of hours.
This recipe is super easy. Take the bananas out of the freezer and set them aside for 5 minutes. Put all the ingredients into a blender (bananas, cocoa powder and cacao nibs or bananas, raspberries and basil) and blend until smooth!
Tip: if your blender does not seem very happy to be blending the frozen fruit, let it defrost a bit more or add a splash of plant milk into the mixture
