Running, yoga or bodybuilding? No matter what activity you choose, it is important to fuel your body after working out. That is why we have created this yummy protein smoothie recipe. You can have it as a post-workout snack or healthy and nutritious breakfast.
– 20 g plant-based protein
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup oat milk
– 3 tbsp Tudlee chia dessert (vanilla)
Always use natural peanut butter. Check ingredients list and only buy peanut butter that does not have added oil, sugar and other sweeteners or preservatives. Preferably, it should only contain peanuts 🙂 When it comes to protein powder, choose vegan protein blends and look for complete amino acid profile.
So how do we make this delicious smoothie? It is super easy! Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy ❤️ You can make it into a smoothie bowl by adding some toppings. Nuts, seeds, banana and granola are our favorites!
This smoothie contains approximately 360 kcal, 24 grams of protein, 37 grams of carbohydrates and 12 grams of healthy fats. You can always make it double, if needed ☺️
