5 medium potatoes

2 cloves garlic

1 package Tudlee Block Original

2 handfuls baby spinach

3/4 cup plant based creamer

1/2 cup plant based milk

black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, mix together plant based creamer and milk. Thinly slice potatoes and garlic. In a medium size baking bowl, add in a tiny bit of the milky mixture to the bottom of the bowl. Now, you can start layering all the remaining ingredients. First potatoes, then garlic, salt, black pepper, baby spinach and a little bit of the milky mixture. Continue this process until no ingredients are left and pour all the remaining milky mixture in the baking bowl. Finely grate the “cheese” on the top, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Take the cover off of the baking bowl and bake for 15 more minutes or until the potatoes are done. Enjoy!
