Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 tsp soda
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp Tudlee Chia Dessert Vanilla
Instructions
Take the vegan butter out of the fridge and let it soften. In the meantime, cut the cranberries and mix them together in a bowl with the flour, cane sugar and soda. Add in the Chia Dessert, soft vegan butter and mix it to combine. Once the dough is ready, start making even sized balls onto the prepared sheet and press them down with a fork.
Place the tray into the oven and bake for 13 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of plant milk!
